Role: Support Workers

Hours: Various Full and Part-time Opportunities

Location: Sheffield and Derbyshire

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic individuals to join our Sheffield & Derbyshire Services, working with individuals who have learning disabilities.

We have various options available:

Supported Living Workers – Sheffield area and also Grindleford & Wingerworth in Derbyshire
Full and part-time hours
£7.26 rising to £7.66 per hour (dependent on successful completion of probation and Health and Social Care Diploma/NVQ Level 2)
As a Supported Living Worker you will enable the people we support to lead fulfilling lives based upon their personal support needs.

Waking Night Support Workers - Wingerworth
Various part-time hours
£7.26 rising to £7.66 per hour (dependent on successful completion of probation and Health and Social Care Diploma/NVQ Level 2)
Waking Night Workers are required to remain awake throughout the night to support individuals with personal support needs as required.

Relief Support Workers - Sheffield & Derbyshire area
Flexible hours
£7.20 per hour aged 21 and over or £6.74 between the ages of 18-20 (plus 12.07% payment in lieu of holidays)
Relief Workers can have flexible hours each week, deciding when they are able to work and where, fitting in with other commitments and tenants needs.

Where appropriate, Hft hourly rates will increase in accordance with the National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage as from April 2017

About You:

Applicants should be keen to develop both themselves and the individuals we support to ensure full potential is achieved. You will be welcomed in to the team and coached along the way and have specific training for your role.

Successful applicants require the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other agencies, but must also be self-motivated and be passionate about promoting independence and active lifestyles.
