Relief Support Worker
Location: Moreton in Marsh
Salary: £7.48 per hour (Plus 12.07% payment in lieu of holidays)
Hours: Various working hours available
Where appropriate, Hft hourly rates will increase in accordance with the National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage as from April 2017

We support individuals who have learning disabilities to have a great life, to be part of their community, participate in leisure interests and to be as independent as possible.
We are looking to recruit people with the skills to support individuals with organising their lives and helping them with their daily routines (some personal care support needed).
The role is interesting, purposeful, rewarding and no two days are the same.
What we ask from you is that you are a good communicator and have an ability to listen to individuals.
What we offer you is support and full training, to enable you to feel proud of what you have helped the individuals to achieve.
Hft in Moreton in Marsh provides support to a variety of adults within their own homes and also one residential house.
Relief posts are completely flexible, you choose the hours you want to work, covering staff holidays and absence.
