We are seeking new staff members with the following qualities:
- You must be a good listener and communicator, able to support each person both in their home and in the wider community.
- You will be supporting each person with their daily routines.
- You need to be a team player as well as having the ability to work alone and be an active, contributory member.
The role requires applicants to be able to work on a shift pattern which may include sleep-in duties (sleep-ins attract an additional payment). Additional hours are available.
Ideally you will have experience supporting people with learning disabilities or other care services.
