HR Admin Assistant (Recruitment) - 4 months fixed term contract
Location: Central Support Office, Emersons Green, Bristol
Hours: Part Time 20 hours per week
Salary: £14,158 pro rata - £7.78 per hour
This is a great opportunity for someone to join our small and busy HR Recruitment Team working for a national charity.
Day to day activities will include checking and posting job adverts, answering general recruitment queries by email and phone, assisting with interview arrangements and logging recruitment feedback. The role will involve a high level of data entry, and also the opportunity to support a range of other recruitment related duties.
The person we are looking for will have good IT and communication skills and be able to work as part of a small team. Crucial to your success will be an excellent attention to detail, the ability to input data accurately, and a methodical, organised style of working.
Whilst advantageous, you don’t need previous HR experience but you must be able to demonstrate good administration skills including the ability to prioritise a busy workload and be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Hours of work are 20 per week, worked over 4 or 5 days.
