Supported Living Workers/Support Workers
Location: Stratford upon Avon
Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £7.66 per hour rising to £8.12 per hour (dependent on successful completion of probation and Health & Social Care Diploma/NVQ Level 2)

We support individuals who have learning disabilities to have a great life, to be part of their community, participate in leisure interests and to be as independent as possible.
We are looking to recruit people with the skills to support individuals with organising their lives and helping them with their daily routines (some personal care support needed).
The role is interesting, purposeful, rewarding and no two days are the same.
What we ask from you is that you are a good communicator and have an ability to listen to individuals. This post requires a driver and successful applicants will also be expected to undertake sleep in duties. (Sleep-ins attract additional payment). Additional hours are also available.
Ideally you will have experience supporting people with learning disabilities or other care services. Qualifications and experience are desirable but not essential as we believe the right attitude and approach are more important and full training will be provided including the completion of the Care Certificate.
Hft offers 20 days annual leaving rising to 25 after the first year, plus eight customary days for bank holidays. We also offer a contributory pension scheme plus other company benefits.
