Do you have an enthusiastic outlook and skills and interests that you can share?
We support individuals who have learning disabilities to have a great life, be part of their community, participate in leisure interests and to be as independent as possible.
We are looking to recruit people with the skills to support individuals with organising their lives and helping us with our daily routines (some personal care support needed).
The role is interesting, purposeful, rewarding and no two days are the same.
What we ask from you is that you are a good communicator and have an ability to listen to individuals.
What we offer you is support and training, to enable you to feel proud of what you have helped the individuals to achieve.
Relief posts are completely flexible; you choose the hours you want to work, covering staff holidays and absence.
