Location: St Austell Area

Hours: 1 x 30 hours and 1 x 16 hours vacancy

Salary: £7.66 - £8.12 per hour (dependent on successful completion of probation and Health and Social Care Diploma/NVQ Level 2)

As a Support Worker you will be working to our philosophy of Person Centered Active Support, empowering adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a huge range of everyday tasks and leisure activities including making choices and leading fulfilling independent lives.

You will be required to work varied flexible hours including evening and weekends.  Use of your own car is desirable.

Hft offer 20 days holiday rising to 25 days after the first year, plus eight customary days, (both pro rata) a contributory pension scheme and full training and support.
