Time capsule reveals its secrets from 1990
A time capsule buried twenty five years ago by people supported by Hft, a national charity for people with learning disabilities, has been unearthed at James House, York.
While clearing the grounds of James House, builders uncovered a plaque marking the spot where a time capsule was buried. Staff from Hft and the Land Registry removed the capsule which revealed treasures belonging to people supported by the charity including some embroidery and a music tape composed by Adam Junghans who is supported by Hft.
Reunited with the music tape he buried twenty five years ago, talented musician Adam Junghans said: “Surprise surprise! How lovely. This has really made my day.”
