Our person-centred, flexible support service helps you to take control of your life and do the things you want to do. We work closely with you, your family, and carers where appropriate, to provide a wide range of supported leisure and learning opportunities. Our skilled and experienced support workers will empower you to make your own choices and ensure you remain at the centre of everything we do.
At Hft Bradford, we support autistic and learning disabled adults, including individuals who have challenging behaviour, and complex needs. Our specialist transitions team provides advice and support to young people moving from school or college into adult services.
Our focus is on creatively supporting people to live with greater independence and fulfilment, achieving the best possible outcomes. The activities we offer are varied and include cooking, swimming, sailing, and much more, tailored to the interests and needs of people we support.
We operate Monday to Friday during the day (9am – 5pm).
Currently, our service is full and we are unable to invite new individuals at this time. However, please contact us to discuss your needs, and we can explore options for future support.
If you’re a business, organisation, or charity interested in supporting people with learning disabilities, please get in touch.
