Our Work

Our person-centred approach supports people to take control of their lives. We work closely with the people we support, their families and carers, and health professionals to deliver services that are personalised to individual needs. Our support workers empower the people we support to make their own choices about how they live, using our innovative Fusion model of support to keep people at the centre of everything we do.

At Hft Kent South we’re experienced at supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviour. While some of the people we support require support 24 hours a day, we also support people who are just looking for a few hours of support at a time – we offer flexible support tailored to individual need.

We operate both residential and supported living accommodation, and also support people to live independently in their own homes. Consistent across all of our services though, is our focus on supporting people to live the best lives possible.
