Our team

We recruit staff from the local community so they can use their knowledge of the area to support people in leading a full and varied life.

Key staff:

The service is managed by Regional Manager, Emma Pithers.

Emma is supported by a management team, including a Quality and Change Manager, a Development Manager, and Service Managers for each of our locations.

The people we support are involved in all elements of the service, including the recruitment of staff, right from writing the person specifications to interviewing candidates.

We believe in providing consistent, creative support from experienced and knowledgeable staff from day one in order to support individuals to live the life that they choose.
